One address, read by me, answered slowly but answered.

Address: hello@naturallywelltoday.org

A week or two is normal. Longer in late summer, when everything in the garden comes in at once.

What is worth sending

A method that did not work. If you tell me what you used, in what quantities, and at what point it went wrong, that is usually enough for me to guess at the reason, and quite often the reason is temperature. Photographs help.

Corrections are very welcome. I would rather have one than be left wrong in public, and the correction gets published rather than quietly folded in.

What I cannot do

I cannot answer health questions, and I will not try. That includes whether a plant is safe for you, whether something will interact with a medicine you take, whether a rash is anything, and whether any of this is suitable in pregnancy or for a child. Those questions have real answers and they belong to a pharmacist, a doctor or a midwife, all of whom can ask you the follow up questions that I cannot. A pharmacist in particular will answer an interaction question over the counter for nothing, and they are the right person to ask.

I also cannot identify a plant from a photograph and tell you it is safe to eat or drink. Several useful plants have a lookalike that is not useful at all, and a photograph is not enough to separate them.

Brands and PR

I do not run sponsored articles written to read like ordinary notes. If you would like to send something, read the affiliate disclosure and the editorial policy first, and understand that a parcel arriving does not commit me to liking what is in it. I will not repeat a health claim about a product, whatever the copy says.

Quoting and reprinting

Quote a paragraph with a link back and you need no permission from me. Republishing a whole article does need asking, so ask.
